How does your trial membership work?

  • Some of our websites may offer trial membership. In that case you are allowed to purchase a trial membership for a low price that’s good for a number of days. Once the trial period ends, the account will be automatically upgraded to a regular member account, and you will be billed monthly according to the standard monthly membership plan. If you do not wish to upgrade to the standard plan, you can cancel it within the given trial period.
  • How does your billing system work?

  • You will be billed every thirty days starting from the day that you signed up. If for example, your account was activated on the 5th of this month; your card will be charged thirty days after, and so on. On the other hand if you had your account activated on the 5th of this month and you decided to cancel your membership on the 20th, your account will still run it’s full thirty days, but your account will not be renewed after that. If you signed up for a trial account, the 30 day billing cycle will start at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel while the trial period is still active.

                                             Will anyone see that I paid for an erotic service?

  • No. Your bank-statement will not reveal what kind of website you have visited, you will be billed as "CCBill" or "Epoch" for your discretion.

  • Remember that usernames and passwords are CaSe SeNsItiVe. If you registered a username or password using a combination of capital and small letters, you will have to use the exact same combination when signing in.

  • Firewalls, anti-virus and other security software can also result in password problems.
    Try to temporarily disable the software to allow you to use your password.

  • Set the security settings on your Internet Explorer to “low”. To do this just click on “Tools” on the menu bar,
    go to Internet Options, and then go to the Security tab. Once there, just set the security to “low” or “minimum”.
  • I already signed up, why haven’t I received my password yet?

  • Your password will be sent to the email you used during registration.
    If you don’t see any messages in your inbox, try checking the spam folder for the email.
  • I forgot my password, what do I do now?

  • To avoid forgetting your username and password, write it down and store it in a place where you can easily find it.

  • If you paid using a credit card, you can check your account through the billing company.

  • Is there a way for me to change my password?

  • Due to security reasons, we can not change the username, password, or any other personal information that you’ve given when you signed up. You can however, cancel your current membership and sign up as a new member to get a new username as well as a new password.

    I already cancelled my membership, why am I still being charged?

  • If you’ve already cancelled your membership, you need to get in touch with the billing processor you signed up with and confirm the cancellation. You will normally need to confirm one or more of the following:
    Your membership ID-number, your username and/or the e-mail address that you used when you signed up.

    I just cancelled my membership. Why do I still have access to the website members area?

  • Because you paid your initial membership in advance, you will still have access to the members area for as long as you already paid for. When the period ends, your password will be inactive, and your card will not be rebilled.
