Why isn’t my password working?
Remember that usernames and passwords are
CaSe SeNsItiVe. If you registered a username or password using a combination of capital and small letters,
you will have to use the exact same combination when signing in.
Firewalls, anti-virus and other security software can also
result in password problems.
Try to temporarily disable the software to allow you to use your password.
Set the security settings on your Internet Explorer to “low”. To do this just click on “Tools” on the menu bar,
go to Internet Options, and then go to the Security tab. Once there, just set the security to “low” or “minimum”.
I already signed up, why haven’t I received my password yet?
Your password will be sent to the email you used during registration.
If you don’t see any messages in your inbox, try checking the spam folder for the email.
I forgot my password, what do I do now?
Is there a way for me to change my password?
Due to security reasons, we can not change the username, password, or any other personal information that you’ve given when you signed up. You can however, cancel your current membership and sign up as a new member to get a new username as well as a new password.
